Why don't my KS points appear on my account?

KS Points can take some time to appear on your account. If you still don't see them after 24 hours, we'll be happy to help you on our contact page.

Why haven't I received my birthday coupon?

To prevent misuse, birthday coupons are limited to one per year. If you believe there is a mistake, please contact us.

Do KS points expire?

KS Points expire after a year, so you have time to treat yourself!

Do I lose my Sparklie or Superstar status if I redeem rewards with my KS points?

You don't lose your status when you redeem your well-deserved rewards, so feel free to spend your points and keep glowing up!

Can I transfer my KS points?

If you create a new account or if you want to transfer your points to another country's domain, our Customer Service will be happy to help. Please note that transfers can only be done once.

Why am I missing points?

For missing points from product reviews, please note you can submit up to 10 reviews for products you’ve recently purchased. Beyond this amount, points won't be added to your account. For missing birthday points or other reward programs, our Customer Service will be happy to help.
