Description:

The NEEDLY pH Balancing Toner offers lightweight yet intense hydration with a low pH of 5.5, designed to calm and brighten the skin. How to use:

• Take a moderate amount in the palm of your hand and gently press it into the skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area, to absorb.
