The ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner is an award-winning toner that exfoliates and hydrates skin with deep sea water derived from Ulleung Island, which is located close to the Dokdo Island in Korea. It gently removes dead skin cells while retaining skin moisture, comforts your skin, and lets it glow. Formulated with 72 natural minerals, this toner is excellent at maintaining optimal skin oil-water balance.
How to use:
- As a toner: dispense an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and wipe the entire face to refine the skin.
- As a spot relief mask: wet cotton pads with product and place on concerned areas for 5-10 minutes to sooth irritated skin.

i think that this is effective in giving a small hydration boost, cleansing the skin after washing (i often use watery toners on a toner pad after washing my face to make sure there's no more makeup!), and maybe for gentle exfoliation. i did not notice an insane difference in my skin after using it but i do think it is gentle and effective at what it aims to do. i think it is a good daily toner and i love the big bottle. overall i think it is worth the hype! it didn't seem to clog my pores at all, either. and i think it helps a bit with closed comedones, though i think the eqqualberry swimming pool toner might be better than this one (i am waiting to get my hands on it) for that purpose. i would recommend it overall! it is such a good beginners everyday toner. i have oily, clogged-pore prone skin on the more sensitive side.

It cleanses well and helps my essence and serum absorb better into the skin. This is my second bottle, and I’ve definitely seen a difference—my skin feels softer and smoother with consistent use!

I really like this toner as it is really hydrating and I can actually feel my skin quenching it's thirst when I'm using it. I haven't seen an other results on my skin (I'm using it for two weeks now) but it feels nice on my skin so I will keep using it and see!
